30‑Day Return Window

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused and in their original condition.

- Buyer pays return postage for change‑of‑mind or non‑fault returns.

Damaged or Faulty Items

- Dappr will cover the return postage and arrange a replacement or refund.

- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Any Visible damage

3. The item itself
